My brother, Earnest, wanted to guess what my answers would be. His answers and other comments are written in blue. Let’s just see how well he knows me. 😉

Evelyn’s Questions

• What is the one book that you would feel the least guilty about burning into ashes?
  Onion John Novel by Joseph Krumgold

  Yes… This book actually did end up getting burned. And I don’t feel guilty at all.

• What is a occupation that you would despise having? One you would love?
  Illustrating bad books + being a good writer
  Yes, I would despise having a job illustrating bad books. An occupation I would love… well, I would love being a good writer, but I would really love drawing portraits of people for a living. 🙂
• How many books are on your bookshelf? (Yes, I just asked you. Muahaha. ;))
  Unknown… maybe 50
  Wowee! So close. 51. Yes, I did count.
• Where in the world would your dream home be?
  Wales… just kidding somewhere nice
  Wales actually does look pretty nice, but Imma have to go with Ecuador.
• What was the most interesting thing you learned today?
  DON’T procrastinate 
  Naw, I actually learned that a while ago.
  Oh, today! Oh!
  Haha. Probably that the answer to “How much wood could a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?” is: “A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood”.
  Or if you want a more scientific answer: “Should a woodchuck be so inclined he could chuck about 700 pounds of wood”. Now you know.
• What is your favorite blog post you’ve ever written and why?
  Well I don’t know that! :[]
  Probably Unfinished Artwork & Grace. Mm hmm.
• What genre do you see yourself never writing in and why?
  Dramatic romance!!! 
  Yes! Um… hehe *Covers up the story I’m writing* It’s not a romance. It’s a love story. It’s totally different.
  *Slap* Monster!
  There is a difference! According to Google: “For a romance, the relationship is the plot, and point, of the story. In a love story, there is a different story point and goal to be achieved–something besides love is at stake. The romantic relationship is a vehicle and/or complication to this story focus.”
  Oh, oh, yeah okay… yeah okay.
• What is one subject you wouldn’t mind teaching at a school?
  Geography… I think
  Yeah, I wouldn’t mind teaching geography. “Alright, who can tell me where The Gambia is?”
• How would you feel if you were randomly willed an upside down house from an great aunt you didn’t know you had?
  Queasy.
  True. Also, overwhelmed. What would I do with an upside down house? How much would it cost to turn it right-side up? Also what about taxes, insurance, and the money I don’t have?
• What fictional character do you feel like meeting right now?
  My character, so I could slap him.
  Okay, he got the first part of that right, and sometimes I do feel like slapping him, but I think I would rather spend a few days just hanging out so I can figure him out!
• What do you want to ultimately be remembered for?
  Drawing great masterpieces.
  Yeah, that would be nice. But I would rather be remembered for building up courage in others, inspiring people, and being a picture of Christ.

  N.C. Stokes’s Questions

• Would you describe yourself as an optimist or a pessimist?
  OPTIMIST!!!
  Right on!

• Would you rather go down in history for making terrible puns or having awful spelling?
  Makking teribel pons.
  Presisely.
• How do you feel about breakfast for dinner?
  Yum-yum-yum!
  I feel great! We actually had french toast and bacon for dinner a while ago. We were just missing the pancakes and chocolate shake with extra whipped cream. XD
  
• What do you do when you feel you’re losing your patience?
  Wait for it to go ‘way.
  Yeah, but sometimes it doesn’t go away, and I get to the point where I’m about to start crying, so I hide in a dark room and cry and talk to God until I feel better.
• What’s the first book you can remember reading?
  Some children’s book.
  Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons by Siegfried Engelmann. This book changed. my. life.
• What’s the weirdest gift you’re ever received?
  Colorful socks.
  Close. A pair of argyle socks from my brother. It was kind of a running joke that we would get each other something argyle for each other’s birthday. I still have to get him something.
• Opinions on pigeons?
  Cute, pesky, and carry sickness. Whats not to love?
  XD Wait, they carry sickness? I thought they were just big-headed birds that want puppies, hot dogs, and can’t stand going to bed….
  
• What’s something you’ve done that you’re proud of?
  I folded a flapping bird.
  
• Are you a morning person, a night person, or even a person at all?
  Neither, but I am a person.
  I’m a night person most of the time, but in the summer I’m also a morning person. But my brother got one thing right. I’m definitely a person.
• To be or not to be?
  
  Hahaha…. but no.
  
  Get it?
  Aaand, I’m definitely going down for bad puns. 😛
• If you had the coolest sticker ever, where would you stick it?
  On my saxophone case.
  Ah, he knows me so well. 🙂

1. I like macaroni.
2. I’m suspicious of peas.
3. I’m happy outdoors with my ears in the breeze.
4. Sometimes I like wearing a shirt that’s too big. Wait. Is this Daddy’s shirt? I’m the silliest pig!
5. I adore fuzzy thing.
6. I dream I can fly.
7. I like the piano though the keys are so high.
8. I like to get dirty.
9. I like to get clean. (Maybe)
10. I have the best nose that I’ve ever seen.
